This is entirely up to you. You select. If you are a small club in a regional area, it’s probably more helpful to you to compare yourself to another similar club rather than a big, inner-city club. If you’re a studio, you have the option to compare your performance with other studios.
If you are part of a chain or franchise, you can elect to compare your performance with other clubs in the chain or franchise.
First up, you will be able to see what areas improvement is possible through the rankings system. This will help you determine how you might best spend your resources.

Each page in the app has a simple share function. It will allow you to share by text, message or email. Simple.
We often find that clubs are struggling for new members. The tracking of sales conversion gives us all an indication of whether the issue is a quantitative one (not enough leads), or a qualitative one (not converting enough). That information is vital to increase the number of new members.
We score each of your results from attendance, attrition and NPS out of 100. Then we apply a weighting to each score. Finally, we enter those results into an equation to give us the unique CTS.
We believe this is a case of ‘less is more’. These are not the only metrics you will be tracking in your club, but they are critical. Often almost all the activities you undertake in your club will affect one of these metrics.
We are currently working on a suitable solution for integration. Now however, part of the power of Club Tracker is gathering the critical data each week and entering it into the app.
No – not unless you are part of a group. Other Club Tracker users will never see the name of your club. Just the performance results you enter.
Once you agree to be part of a group, your club’s name will be shared with other group members.
