• We use the data to be able to advise industry of trends

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

• Peak industry body in each country to offer critical insights into the position of the fitness industry.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter financial and commercial data, we'll be unable to give an accurate account of the economic and commercial health of your club.

We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing specific staff access.

We keep your information for ten years at which point we securely destroy it by securely erasing all digital information.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
